Dr. Ian will be speaking to Mayors from around the country regarding The Challenge. Mayors and other city officials will receive a city packet to help guide them in setting up a team for their city and activating their city’s residents to get healthy with The Challenge.

	Does it cost anything to update my weight from my mobile phone? A: It's free to subscribe to the Mobile Weight Updates feature, but your mobile service's standard text messaging rates may still apply.
	How do I update my weight regularly via my mobile phone? A: Once you've subscribed to mobile weight updates, simply text your current weight to 50 MPC (50672).
	Is there a mobile shortcut for updating my weight? A: Save 50 MPC (50672) to your Contacts for quick and easy weight updates.
	How do I cancel my mobile weight updates? A: Just text STOP to 50 MPC (50672) to cancel your subscription.
