1st Annual Challenge Walk Off Events

September 12 marks the first Annual Walk Off event. More than 16 cities across the nation will host a walk to jumpstart their journey towards good health and well being. Various city officials will challenge their residents to take on a healthier lifestyle. This is a once in a lifetime event that you don’t want to miss.

Dr Ian, founder of the 50 Million Pound Challenge, will attend the walk in Richmond, VA and join with their mayor to get their city started on the right foot.
